Volunteers for The Memorial Spring Branch Swim Conference (MSBSC) are meeting to plan the 2023 recreational swim season.

The Nottingham Forest Swim Team is open to NFC members in good standing, ages 4-18. Registration opens online April 1. Our season runs through May and June, with daily after school practice in May that moves to mornings when summer break starts. Dual meets are held on Monday and Thursday evenings in June and the season ends with an invitational ‘Meet of Champions’ for the strongest swimmers in the league on June 24-25th.

Swimmers age 6&under must be able to swim across the pool safely without assistance in 55 seconds to be eligible for the season. A pre-season swim test will be held on April 23rd for all new 6& under swimmers.

If your child is currently competing on a USA Club Team, they must end club training by March 5, 2023 to be eligible to swim with the NFST Sharks.
