Breakfast concessions will be served tomorrow -- bring cash and enjoy breakfast on the pool deck! We will be serving Verbena cold brew coffee and our concessions table will feature breakfast tacos, granola bars, and snacks. The concessions stand is Cash Only.

    What to Bring

Please bring towels, goggles, swim caps, sunscreen, cash, camp chairs, and patience. There is down-time while swimmers wait for their next race. Cards, coloring books, other activities will help distract younger swimmers. Parents, please allow your swimmer to remain with his/her age group. We need this coordination to keep the meet running smoothly.

    Swim Meet Organization

The Heat Sheet is a printed listing of all swimmers by event number and entry time. Our Practice Meet Heat Sheet is attached. To help organize the swimmers, we use black sharpie to mark their arms with the events they will be racing. Attached is a guide. Please mark your swimmer before arrival if you can. If you need help, there will be plenty of hands on deck to assist. Please wait until after swimmer has been marked to apply sunscreen.

Swim meets are organized chaos and practice meets are…practice! If you don’t understand something, please ask. We expect there to be hiccups, some confusion, and a few mistakes, especially after missing the competitive season last year. We use the practice meet to fine-tune our skills before we have a real meet. Please let us know if you see something that needs to be tweaked and please jump in and help if you see a need. This is a great opportunity for volunteers to get hands on training during a low stress event.
