Hey Sharks, 

Great job at practice yesterday! I’m glad we got through all age groups before the storm rolled in. This week we have been doing a lot of work on breaststroke and butterfly, trying to get ready for those strokes at Saturday’s practice meet. Please remember to check your email before practice each day in case of weather cancellations. Keep up the hard work everyone!  - Coach Andrew

Meet Entry

Our Meet Entry deadline for the May 22 Practice Meet is 7:30PM tonight! Please enter your swimmer(s) or opt out by going to the Team Calendar and clicking on the Meet Entry button. If you have not selected an option, coaches will assume your swimmer(s) are UNAVAILABLE for the meet and will not schedule them into races. Meet Volunteers Needed

Many thanks to all our volunteers already signed up for Saturday’s practice meet! Volunteers are a key part of our team and without you, these meets would not be possible. We still have a few positions open for Saturday:

• Timers
• Waste Management (trash)
• Water volunteer
• Wranglers in the older age groups
• Meet Clean Up

Calendar Updates and Reminders

• Thursday, May 20: Regular practice day for all age groups ~ weather permitting (The private event that was scheduled has moved to Wednesday, May 26.)
• Saturday, May 22, 7:00AM: Practice Meet
• Sunday, May 23: Individual and Team Photo Day
• Sunday, May 23, 4:00PM: Judges Training - sign up to learn more!
• Wednesday May 26: No practices. The NFC will be closed for a private event.
